Attention intensity junkies and first time fitness seekers! Challenge yourself to the most exciting workout experience of the summer! Camp Confluence is providing Pittsburgh with a unique and invigorating exercise program for all fitness levels. Weight loss, body weight
conditioning, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health; whatever your goal, Camp Confluence will provide the structure and enthusiasm to achieve results like no other exercise program can provide!

Camp Confluence offers both flexibility and affordability with three sessions of camp every day. Wake-up like never before at 6 am. Sweat out your workday frustrations at 12pm. Unwind and end the day with a high at 6pm. You are never locked into one time, you choose what days and times are best for you.

Camp Confluence = Boot Camp, not exactly. Drill Sergeants, not at all. Providing you with more fitness than anyone else is what we do! Join us in a safe and comfortable environment to push yourself to higher levels of fitness than ever before.

    What to Bring: Nothing is actually required to participate in Camp. However, bringing a mat, towel, and water will be very helpful.
